Kumasi witnessed yet another prestigious award ceremony on it’s golden land for the year 2020 and it was a beautiful spectacle to behold. The Asanteman Awards happened on 9th January,2021.
The Creme Dela Creme and the movers and shakers of Asanteman gathered under one roof to have fun and receive awards for their contribution to the growth and success of Asanteman.
The event happened at the iconic Prempeh Assembly Hall which has for a very long time be a center for Asanteman and Kumasi’s events.
The event was hosted by Asanteman’s finest MC, David Germain Portfolio who has distinguished himself all throughout 2020 when it comes to hosting of events in the Golden City of Ghana,Kumasi.
In a WhatsApp conversation with the organizers after the event, they thanked him,Mr Portfolio for performing creditably and extremely well as the Host for the evening. The conversation revealed that the former Energy Minister,Mr. Boakye Agyarko was impressed with the class and finesse David attached to hosting the event that he asked his aide to get him his number for a gig, organizers of the event told him.
