President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo was officially sworn in as the President of the Republic of Ghana for the second successive time yesterday.
Before the swearing in at about 12pm on 7th January 2021, Parliament was a spectacle to behold. For the first time in the 4th Republic, an opposition member was elected as the Speaker of Parliament.
During the numerous altercations in Parliament, Mrs. Ursula Owusu, the former Communications Minister was seen sitting on the laps of her colleague Member of Parliament Kwabena Mintah Akandoh in an attempt to get him off a seat she believed belongs to her.
After the incident many people claimed Akandoh enjoyed the free”Lap Dance” Ursula offered but in a sharp rebuttal the NDC MP has suggested that Ursula is not her kind of woman.
