President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has just been elected as the new Chairman of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS).
Ghana’s President, has just been elected Chairman at the ongoing 57th ECOWAS Summit, which is being held in Niamey, capital of Niger.
In 2017, when President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo was first elected as President of Ghana, his name came up strongly as the man to lead ECOWAS but Faure Gnassingbe was elected.
Just some few minutes ago,he has been elected Chairman of the Economic Commumity Of West African States (ECOWAS), by heads of West African countries. Congratulations Mr. President.
