Man United are seeking a fourth successive victory against the Blues for the first time since 2011. Man United are unbeaten against Chelsea in six games, since the Blues prevailed in the 2018 FA Cup final when Eden Hazard scored the winner.
Since Roman Abramovich bought the club in 2003, Chelsea and Man United haven won more major trophies than any other English clubs. Chelsea 16, Man Utd 14. Chelsea and Man Utd meet in the FA Cup for the fourth successive year.
This will be the fourth game the Blues will be playing against Man Utd, this season, with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side winning both Premier League encounters as well as the fourth round Carabao Cup tie at Stamford Bridge. The only season both team came across each other in both domestic cup competitions was in 2012/13. Chelsea progressed in both.
Will the Blues prevail over the Red Devils this time around? Will the Pride of London make it to the final or will the Boys in Red make it a four out of four? Only time will tell.
Lets keep our fingers crossed.
